Kuumba Dance Ensemble of Lynchburg presents a lecture demonstration.
Demo will include drumming, artifacts & clothing, and audience participation.
Free and open to children, families, and all ages.
More about the Kuumba Dance Ensemble:
To expose and educate the community in African traditions and traditions in African Diaspora. Includes drumming, dance, and participation. Sheron White is the Director and Choreographer of the Ensemble. The group consists of drummers and dancers from the Lynchburg area, with varied dance experience.
