Introduction to Library Research for Kids
Hands-on research instruction with Chromebooks!

  • Best for kids in grades 4-6
  • Learn how to use the library catalog, including how to limit your searches and how to use an advanced search
  • Learn how to access your library card account online
  • Learn how to navigate the LPL website, including a quick overview of research databases offered by the Library of Virginia

Registration is required.
Please call the Youth Services Department to register: 434-455-6320.

Space is limited to 10 children and parents/caregivers are welcome to attend. Chromebooks will be provided for all 10 children to use during the class.
