Lynchburg Public Library, in partnership with the Legacy Museum of African American History, will screen the Civil Rights film, “Evanston’s Living History.” A discussion will follow, facilitated by Dr. Ghislaine Lewis, Assistant Professor of Communication Studies at the University of Lynchburg.
