Tax Aide Assistance
Feb 4 @ 7:30 am – 12:00 pm

Beginning February 1st through April 15, free tax assistance will be provided by The AARP Foundation Tax-Aide. All sites are equipped to provide e-filling.

People will be served on a first come first serve basis. A volunteer will start a sign-up sheet at 7:30 am. Doors open at 8:30 am. Please bring all your tax documents, including your W-2s, and a picture ID.

Junior Explorers – for 4-5 yr. olds
Feb 4 @ 10:30 am – 11:15 am
  • Traditional storytime with age-appropriate elements of STEAM, sensory, and movement activities.
  • Activities will follow a monthly theme, intentionally planned for children ages 4 & 5 only.
  • Messy play activities fostering curiosity & imagination, STEAM exploration, motor skills & problem solving skills.
  • Parent attendance optional.
  • Limit: 20 children
  • Due to limited materials and movement activities, siblings cannot attend.
  • We cannot accommodate school groups or camps.

Toddler Tales
Feb 5 @ 10:30 am – 10:55 am

A 25-minute storytime for 2 & 3 year-olds.

Age-appropriate stories, songs, rhymes, fingerplays, movement activities, and a craft.

Limit: 20 toddlers – First come, first served.

Due to space and supply constraints, we cannot accommodate school groups or camps.

Teen Tuesdays
Feb 5 @ 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm

Teens in grades 7-12 are invited to stop by the Young Adult room each Tuesday afternoon for fun games and coloring. Each teen will also receive snacks *to take home* (no eating in the Library, please), as well as their choice of a book or two to keep! These books will be located on a special, labeled cart reserved just for Teen Tuesdays.
